Ted Green suggests a blog might be a good way to communicate with family and friends on our upcoming travels, so he helped us establish this, our first blog. Thanks Ted.
The plan is post some travel description and plans on the blog and also get the news from our readers at home. Joan and Glenn depart Vancouver for Shanghai on Oct. 10 and return from Bangkok in late Feb. Who knows what in between?? (other than the quest for Big Chang)

Glenn and Joan, where are you? I was cutting a big tree and it fell on your house. Don't worry, I'll just clean up the branches in the kitchen and cover the roof with plastic. Actually that's just a lie to get your hearts racing a little.......maybe you'll put something up on this blog.
